Will my items be sent in 1 package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be 
sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

How do I size my dog?

For your convenience, we have a sizing chart available on all products, displaying the size measurements. We highly recommend measuring your pet before ordering any type of clothing.

Measuring tips

  • Back Length: Measure the back from the base of the neck (shoulders) to base of tail (tailbone).
  • Neck: Measure the circumference of the neck.
  • Chest or Girth: Measure the broadest part of the chest.
  • Head: Head size (head circle) and diameter (from ear to ear)


If the measurement is between sizes, we recommend going up one size. Also, if a pet has a stout build, a deep chest, or is overweight, we recommend going up a minimum of one size for proper fit. If the dog is long-backed, like a Dachshund, a smaller size is recommended.

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your style from the 'drop-down' menu on the product page then click the “Add To Cart!” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We have 3 payment processors so pick the best that suits you. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number via email so make sure to whitelist any email from info@petizshop.com.

This includes, but is not limited to United States, Europe, Australia, Korea, Japan, & China. Feel free to ask us before you purchase, where a specific item was made.

Do you carry BIG DOG size clothing?

We know not every dog is the same, and we do our best to accommodate all breed types! Some of our items can be customized or ordered in a larger size. 

My order status says, "pending." What does that mean?

'Pending' just means that our system successfully received your order! Once the order leaves its fulfillment center, we'll email you a tracking number by request, and your order status will change to 'Shipped.' You may track your order at petizshop.aftership.com once you receive your tracking number.
